Manifold for underfloor heating and cooling: a high-performance system solution
To distribute heating water across different zones, WATTS offers a range of stainless steel heating manifolds. Designed to a high standard of quality, this new monobloc manifold can supply from 2 to 12 underfloor heating loops or radiators, depending on the model.

Installed in a cabinet or mounted flat against a partition wall, the WATTS HKV2013 heating manifold is delivered pre-assembled on a wall bracket and is offered in 2 versions:
- bare, leaving professionals free to choose from the wide range of accessories available, such as manifold connection/insulation kits with ball valves, with or without a connection for a temperature sensor, straight or angled thermometer, energy meter connection, and a control unit that can be connected directly to the manifolds, making it possible to build a fully customized system.
- fully equipped, in which case it includes all the elements essential for installing an underfloor heating or cooling system, namely a connection set with ball valves and thermometers, as well as a set of Quattro end fittings with integrated air vent, for easy filling, flushing and draining.

Offered exclusively with a 1'' manifold body, a diameter sufficient for a standard installation, it is supplied with:
- its flow meters with isolation valve and very low pressure drop, whose direct-reading flow indicator allows optimal control and adjustment of the flow rate.
- optional ¾'' Eurocone underfloor heating loop connectors.

To allow zone-by-zone temperature control, WATTS provides professionals with two compact, pre-assembled temperature control units that connect directly to the manifold:
- ISOMIX-F, which maintains the flow temperature at an adjustable fixed value up to a heating output of 14 kW. Adjustable from 20 to 70°C, the flow temperature can be limited and locked on the thermostatic head.
- ISOMIX-HC, a compact module for outdoor-sensor temperature control with Climatic Control H&C and a 3-way motorized valve. It is particularly well suited to reversible underfloor heating installations.
Both are reversible and can be mounted, as desired, on the right or left of the manifold.

FLOWBOX: hydraulic modules that save time and make installation easy
To limit the number of connections in a heating installation, thereby reducing the risk of leaks and saving installation time, WATTS is launching two new hydraulic modules used to distribute water from a heat source (boiler, heat pump, etc.) to heating circuits or a storage tank:
- FLOWBOX HK 8180 for a direct circuit and fixed-temperature distribution (thermal output up to 45kW for ?T 20K).
- FLOWBOX HKM 8180 for a mixed circuit and variable-temperature distribution thanks to the 3-way motorized valve integrated in the module (thermal output up to 30 kW for ?T 20K). It can be combined with the WATTS Climatic Control H&C outdoor-sensor control.

Compact and factory pre-assembled, all FLOWBOX hydraulic modules consist of valves fitted with a thermometer (flow – return temperature from 0 to 120°C) and a thermosiphon check valve. They also include all the necessary connection parts as well as the wall mounting bracket.

Available with or without a high-efficiency pump meeting current energy regulations (ERP Ready 2015), the new WATTS hydraulic modules are protected by a patented triple-insulation housing certified for EnEV 2014 insulation quality. FLOWBOX hydraulic modules can be connected to the WATTS wired or wireless Climatic Control H&C control. This outdoor-temperature-based control solution allows water temperature control for low-temperature systems (underfloor heating and cooling, fan coil units, etc.) and high-temperature systems (radiators).
