New Bosch EXPERT EXTS100-254X table saw: an award-winning innovation at the Eurobois trade show

When cutting large wood panels, beams, worktops, fitting elements and more, carpenters, joiners and fitters are often forced to make cuts in several passes or to turn thick workpieces over to reach the right cutting height. To overcome these constraints, Bosch is launching the new EXPERT EXTS100-254X corded table saw in its high-performance EXPERT range.

Innovative, it offers the best performance in crosscut capacity, speed of execution, precision, robustness and safety, on construction sites and in the workshop. Its integrated sliding table and outfeed support give it great versatility for cutting large workpieces.

Last February, at Eurobois, the leading trade show for the wood industry in France, Bosch presented its new table saw as a preview and entered this machine in the Eurobois Awards, which honour the latest outstanding innovations in the sector.

For the first time, Bosch won the ?Public Vote? prize, which takes into account the votes of the jury of professionals and students as well as those of all visitors. This distinction rewards the many technical advantages and performance of this new EXPERT EXTS100-254X table saw and confirms Bosch's DNA: innovating and bringing the best to building professionals.

New EXPERT EXTS100-254X table saw: optimal cutting performance
Versatile, the new Bosch EXPERT EXTS100-254X corded table saw is designed for all joinery work, even the most demanding. Equipped with a powerful 2200 W motor, it offers excellent performance, ensuring a stable cut even in demanding materials.

With an exceptional cutting height of 100 mm, the best in its class, there is no need to turn the workpiece over: a single cut is enough. It can thus cut thicker workpieces in a single pass. As a result, professionals are more productive.

In addition, thanks to its very robust sliding table on wheels, it delivers smooth, fast, large crosscuts up to 580 mm in 22 mm thickness, with no compromise on precision: that is, a cutting capacity up to 2,6 times greater*.

Another advantage: the EXTS100-254X has an integrated outfeed support that extends the table top, ideal for working on long workpieces more easily, without an additional table.

Increased precision even on long workpieces
The Bosch EXTS100-254X is equipped with a rack-and-pinion guide system with a micro-adjustment wheel. Combined with the outfeed support, it delivers precise, perfectly straight, clean rip cuts with no drift up to 825 mm.

An adjustable, stable mitre guide ensures highly precise angle cuts with no play. The angle stop can be adjusted without tools from 0° to -2° and from 45° to 47°, and it resets automatically at the standard angles of 0° and 45°.

For smooth, clean cuts, even in the most difficult materials, the EXTS100-254X is equipped with an EXPERT 32 tooth blade. It ensures consistent cut quality and offers increased service life.

Comfort and safety
Durably designed, with its steel frame and premium components, the EXPERT EXTS100-254X can handle any job site. Everything has been designed to make it easier to use and to make handling more efficient and faster. The main settings are adjusted without tools (stop, angle, riving knife).

A fast braking system, a spindle lock for easy blade changes, and a soft start ensure safer work.

In addition, to hold the workpiece firmly against the table saw and thus prevent the risk of kickback, the EXTS100-254X has clamping zones and is compatible with feather boards, which mount easily on the rip fence.

Finally, for a cleaner working environment, a double Click and Clean dust extraction system captures a maximum amount of dust.
