SR5, Sortimo's shelving system for commercial vehicles

With SR5, the fifth-generation Sortimo shelving system, Sortimo by Gruau is launching the first commercial vehicle storage system designed for a digital environment. The SR5 can be configured, ordered, managed and adapted at any time directly via the mySortimo online configuration platform.

Original new design, digital and with maximum use of the loading space
The SR5 is a shelving system designed in a digital environment that far exceeds existing requirements for loading space utilization, safety, quality and optimal workplace organization.

The SR5 is built completely differently from all previous shelving systems for commercial vehicles. The shelving system is fastened via the new aluminum side profiles and the ProSafe anchoring points integrated into the SoboPro floor. In addition, the customer benefits from more space inside the commercial vehicle.

Fastening the compact, robust aluminum side profiles via the ProSafe points in the SoboPro floor saves even more space. The perfect fit of the shelving system to the vehicle contours further optimizes the maximum use of the loading space.

The SR-BOXX are unique on the market for commercial vehicle fitting solutions. The BOXX can be integrated above and below the shelves of the SR5 commercial vehicle storage system using plastic rails, which doubles the number of SR5 BOXX that can be used.

The new SR rails also offer great stability even at their maximum width. The SR5 offers integrated drawers, XL drawers or double-floor systems and bins for long items, providing sufficient storage space for bulky long tubes and other materials.

The proven ProSafe load securing system is available in the vehicle crossmembers, which also makes it possible to secure large goods directly to the commercial vehicle's lashing solution.

Complete loading space concept
With the innovative SoboPro stop bars and the SoboPro floor, the user of the SR5 benefits from a complete loading space concept which, thanks to the integrated ProSafe securing system, offers numerous options for simple and fast load securing.

The SR5 meets all the necessary prerequisites, because Sortimo's new commercial vehicle shelving system offers special configuration options adapted to work processes, maximum organization thanks to compartmentalization, labeling options with mySortimo Labels and mySortimo inlays for tools, as well as consistent systemization with Sortimo's BOXX, cases and shelves.

Tradespeople and service providers thus benefit from quick labeling of the entire SR5 shelving system with self-adhesive labels and a significant simplification of their work.

Online configuration
With the SR5 commercial vehicle shelving system, Sortimo International GmbH offers its customers a new dimension in the use, but also in the purchase, of commercial vehicle storage systems, because the SR5, with all the advantages of the mySortimo platform, can be configured online in a few steps via mySortimo Configuration to meet all special or industry-specific requirements, then ordered directly and supplemented with mySortimo Labels or mySortimo Graphics adhesive vehicle body markings.

The complete SR5 modular system will be available from January 2019. mySortimo Configuration gives users the advantage of being able to configure a commercial vehicle shelving system themselves at any time and according to their own criteria.

The mySortimo platform also allows data to be stored and permanently accessed so that the configuration can be continued later, or reorganized or adapted. The SR5 configuration created can be ordered directly online from Sortimo.
