SFA: a deep range of pumps to suit every job site

With the recent acquisition of Zehnder Pumpen, SFA now offers over 100 products in 2019 on the market for pumps and lifting stations. Its wastewater lifting solutions now cover every need, with a range that is both broad and deep, going from 9 models to 100 possible solutions. Whatever their projects, architects, local authorities, single-family home builders and road and sanitation professionals will find their solution in the SFA offer.

The new complete range of SFA pumps, stations and ready-to-install tanks meets the expectations of all segments needing wastewater lifting solutions: from individual housing for greywater management to collective, commercial and industrial uses for greywater and blackwater management.

For every sector, there is an SFA answer, with submersible pump solutions for renovating existing installations, complete floor-standing stations that reduce installation costs and make maintenance easier, or fully equipped, ready-to-use tanks for burial.

The range of tank volumes opens up considerably, with tanks whose dimensions go up to 3.100 mm x 1.100 mm! Finally, the expansion of the SFA offer extends to class D covers withstanding a load of 40 tonnes, thus allowing tanks to be installed under trafficable areas (car parks, roads, etc.).

A deep range to suit every job site
With more than a hundred products now in its catalogue, SFA covers every situation with a wide choice of pumps, including cast iron ones, up to 5 different power ratings depending on the model, single-phase or three-phase installations, in Vortex, Single-channel, Turbine or Grinder versions, with tanks fitted with one or two pumps, depending on the solution selected...

Thus, the flow rates offered across the SFA range go from 11 m3/h to 175 m3/h! In the same spirit of performance, SFA equipment offers lifting heights of up to 39 metres. And the riser accessories offered by SFA for its lifting stations further widen the range of possibilities. Finally, SFA is also deepening its offer of buried stations, with solutions also suited to areas exposed to frost.

The 2019 SFA innovations
ZFS pump 71: all the power of grinding

The cast iron ZFS 71 grinder pump joins the SFA catalogue. It is available in 5 power ratings, in single-phase or three-phase mode, and can lift wastewater from 22 to 39 m high. Submersible (guaranteed IP 68 watertightness), it is available with the three new SANIFOS® sizes in 90 possible combinations.

SANIFOS® 1600, 2100 or 3100: three new sizes
The SANIFOS® offer is completed by three new sizes 1.600, 2.100 and 3.100 cm. Available in single or double three-phase or single-phase grinder pump versions, this frost-compatible offer provides power ratings from 2.100 W to 3.900 W. It can be buried, and it also comes with class A, B and D covers (40 tonnes load). Supplied with a complete kit, they are ready to install with all the necessary connections (DN 32 stainless steel, non-return valve, shut-off valves, flushing connectors). The latest performance feature of these new SANIFOS® products: the installation's discharge head can reach up to 39 metres.

SANICUBIC® GR SE 71: 2 versions SANICUBIC® 1 and SANICUBIC® 2
Ready to connect (DN 50) and ready to install with its integrated power cable, the SANICUBIC® 2 GR SE 71 station is available in 4 versions, with two three-phase pumps, for power ratings from 2.100 W to 3.900 W. It features a large polyethylene collection tank (155 l) for a lifting height of up to 39 metres. The SANICUBIC® 2 GR SE 71 is also easy to control thanks to its standard Comfort control unit, whose LCD screen displays maintenance information, operating hours and error messages. Note that the floor-standing SANICUBIC® GR SE 71 station is also available in 5 models, a single grinder pump version (SANICUBIC® 1 GR SE 71), with power from 2.100 W (single-phase) to 3.900 W (three-phase). It has a 55-litre tank and equipment similar to the SANICUBIC® 2.

SANICUBIC® 1 VX: a new Vortex version
The SANICUBIC® 1 VX lifting station combines SFA's experience with its SANICUBIC® range and its new exclusive Vortex impeller system. The result is an ultra-competitive offer, ideal for commercial premises. The SANICUBIC® 1 VX solution is compact and easy to install: placed on the floor and fitted with several inlets to suit all configurations, it provides direct and secure access to the motor and sensors. It can lift wastewater at a flow rate of up to 40 m3/h to a height of 13 m. Equipped with a large 60 l tank, its watertightness is certified IP68. And for total reliability, remote control and alarm boxes are supplied as standard.

SANICUBIC® SC: meet high performance
The SANICUBIC® SC range (one or two three-phase pumps with single-channel impeller) is available in 8 versions for 4 power ratings from 4.000 to 8.700 W. With a free passage of 80 or 100 mm depending on the model with 1 or 2 pumps, SANICUBIC® SC stations can lift up to 170 m3/h and to a height of 22 m. Equipped with a 480 l collector (1 SC version) or 1.000 l (2 SC version), the SANICUBIC® SC station can be combined with a made-to-measure tank of up to 20.000 l. And, of course, the Comfort control unit is included in this range.
