The SCM 52 DUO and MULTI QLIMA air/air multi-split heat pumps work in the same way as single-split models, with one difference. Their outdoor unit captures heat from the air and redistributes it to 2 (SCM 52 DUO) or 3 indoor units (SCM 52 MULTI), and thus heats different rooms of the house at the same time.
Unlike a system operating on an ?on/off? basis, that is, at 100 % of its power each time it switches on, the Inverter technology of QLIMA heat pumps automatically compensates for the slightest temperature variation (in heating or cooling mode), and keeps the indoor temperature as close as possible to the set temperature. As a result, electricity consumption is reduced by approximately 35 % compared with a model without Inverter.
Wifi control
For greater energy savings, simplicity and comfort, the Wifi interface of the SCM 52 DUO and MULTI QLIMA heat pumps allows them to be connected to the home network. It is then possible to control the units remotely and securely from a smartphone, tablet or computer equipped with the dedicated free Tuya app.
