Porcelanosa Grupo Projects: materials which ooze Andalusian white

Along the new Golden Mile of the Costa del Sol, located between Marbella and Estepona, one can find Cataleya Phase 2. An exclusive residential complex belonging to Grupo Erasur, which is made up of 93 housings including apartments and penthouses, which have been made with the most exclusive materials from the PORCELANOSA Grupo.

Lacquered in matt white, the kitchen has a built-in sink in the worktop manufactured with the Krion® Solid Surface mineral compact, an innovative material whose mineral composition and anti-bacterial properties make it suitable for this piece.

As far as the bedrooms are concerned, the main one has been planned so that the bathroom is integrated thanks to a floor to ceiling display cabinet, which was opted for instead of the walls. Inside, one can find chromed profiles from Butech in the decoration of the coverings, the Leaf bathroom furniture in a Blanco Snow matt lacquered finish, the worktop manufactured with Krion®, the Forma wall-hung sanitaryware and the Crystal Blanco flush button, both of them from Noken.

With regard to the ten buildings that make up the residential complex, it is worth highlighting their spacious overhanging terraces, with an area of between 50m² and 135m² in the intermediate floors, whereas in the penthouses, there is an area of 79 m². The latter includes a solarium area which is almost the same in size.

A special mention must be given to the ground floor houses, since they have a 77m² terrace made of the Ocean Caliza 59.6cm x 59.6cm ceramic floor tiles, by Venis; including some private garden areas of up to 333m². There is some vegetation which seems as if it has been integrated into the housing thanks to large floor to ceiling windows. A part of this residential complex exterior has been covered with the Ston-Ker Lisboa Taupe 45 x 90 by Venis, which makes use of the Butech façade systems.
