Onduline®, a new roofing solution with the ONDUPLAST COVALINE sheet

ONDUPLAST COVALINE, the tile-effect roofing sheet
ONDUPLAST COVALINE sheets suit all roofs with a minimum slope of 20 % and are recommended for mountain climates. To combine the quality look of tiles with the ease of installation of a lightweight roofing sheet, Onduline® is launching ONDUPLAST COVALINE.
This high-strength PVC sheet (watertightness guaranteed for 15 years) perfectly imitates the look of tiles but is installed much more quickly. The sheets come in a single size (78 cm wide and 230 cm long, weighing only 4 kg/m2), combining excellent handling with exceptionally fast installation.

ONDUPLAST COVALINE sheets can be installed on solid substrates as well as on roof battens. Fixing is done simply by screwing with a lag screw, a washer and a cap. These elements are supplied in the ONDUPLAST COVALINE fixing kit.
Finally, to ensure a perfectly aesthetic finish down to the smallest details, Onduline® supplies ONDUPLAST COVALINE sheets with a complete range of accessories (verge pieces, ridge pieces, ridge end caps and ridge finials) available in both colors: Natural Earth and Anthracite.

Lightweight (4,5 kg per sheet for 2 x 0,81 m), they feature double overlap guides that greatly facilitate sheet alignment and ensure perfect watertightness. ONDULINE® EASYFIX incorporates the exclusive SealSmart™ technology, a ?smart binder? with high elasticity that tightens firmly around each fixing point, creating a permanent leakproof barrier. As a reminder, ONDULINE® EASYFIX sheets come with a full watertightness guarantee of 10 years.

Completing the range of colors (intense red, intense brown, intense green and intense black), Onduline® is launching two new shades for 2018: intense ceramic and intense gray.
