New RenoMatic sectional garage doors from Hörmann

Recognized for years for its high-quality garage doors and operators, European market leader Hörmann is offering RenoMatic, a range of solutions dedicated to renovation that combine numerous advantages. A wide choice of sizes, two design variants (L-ribbed and M-ribbed) for a broad palette of finishes, high thermal insulation, enhanced burglary protection backed by the BiSecur radio control system, long-lasting corrosion protection and a ProMatic operator 4 fitted as standard are the hallmarks of the RenoMatic solutions. RenoMatic is Hörmann's solution for a successful, lasting renovation of your motorized garage door on a controlled budget, starting from 998 euros (all colors and finishes).

RenoMatic: a style and size for everyone, with insulation and security for all

Hörmann's RenoMatic motorized sectional garage doors are available in 23 sizes and two finishes. The L-ribbed design appeals with its generous panel layout. So does the smooth Planar surface, with its modern matt look, which comes in exclusive Matt Deluxe shades (traffic white, white aluminum, gray aluminum, metallic anthracite, anthracite gray and earth brown); a choice further enhanced by DecoColor offers in natural wood finishes: Golden Oak, Dark Oak and Night Oak.

The M-ribbed variant is particularly elegant and discreet, notably featuring a robust, textured Woodgrain surface with a faithful sawn-grain pattern. Hörmann offers this surface in 6 RAL colors or as a lacquered DecoColor surface with a natural wood look and its 3 finishes. With an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, as well as practicality for installation, Hörmann always supplies its RenoMatic doors with a compensating false lintel matching the color of the door. In the same spirit of perfect harmony, Hörmann also offers, as an option for doors with a Planar surface as well as DecoColor surfaces, frame casings identical to the door surface. Finally, as Hörmann truly thinks of everything, RenoMatic can also be combined with a separate side door matching the slim aluminum profiles.

A construction with insulated double-skin panels for RenoMatic doors

In terms of performance, RenoMatic doors, made of insulated double-skin panels 42 mm thick, ensure high thermal insulation, combined with great stability and quiet, smooth operation. The panels are coated on the outside with a polyester primer, a guarantee of durability, and the interior surface is available with a silver-colored galvanized finish and varnish. It should also be noted that the extension spring technology is fitted with a patented double spring system and that the torsion spring with controlled break safety prevents the door leaf from falling.

As a further durability feature, Hörmann has equipped RenoMatic with effective long-lasting corrosion protection thanks to a 4 cm plastic frame base. Moreover, unlike competing solutions, this HÖRMANN solution prevents water from accumulating in this area. In terms of security, RenoMatic is equipped with an automatic door locking system providing perfect protection against lifting, as it clicks automatically into the stop of the guide rail. This fully mechanical system, and therefore effective even without an operator, also withstands power outages, ensuring immediate locking and lasting protection against any attempt to lift the door, even without a power supply.

Security again, as Hörmann makes the RenoMatic door easier to operate thanks to its BiSecur bidirectional encrypted radio system: the assurance of optimal protection against copying of the radio signal by malicious third parties. Functionality is also in the spotlight thanks to the ProMatic 4 operator that equips RenoMatic sectional doors as standard. ProMatic 4, Hörmann's new generation of operators, offers an opening speed of 20 cm/second and a pulling force of around 600 N. It should also be recalled that ProMatic 4 embodies many innovations: LED lighting, which saves energy and lights the garage evenly, low standby consumption (below 1 watt), and also a third door position (ventilation position) without the need to install an additional safety photocell.
