New Qlima wood pellet stoves: modern, eco-friendly and economical

As a modern version of the wood stove, the pellet stove is increasingly establishing itself as the main heating method in French homes. Environmentally friendly, high-performing and easy to use, it offers many advantages for achieving significant everyday energy savings. The technology fitted in the new Qlima models has everything it takes to convince. With unique expertise in functional solutions, Qlima puts its capacity for innovation at the service of homeowners who want to control and optimize the management of their heating. Heating comfort, high efficiency, autonomy, refined design... Qlima wood pellet stoves appeal in more ways than one. This autumn 2020 is no exception.
Qlima Ronda 110 S-Line ducted stove
This model can be connected to a duct network. The heat produced thus benefits several rooms (secondary zones) in addition to the one where the appliance is installed (main zone).
Qlima Ronda 88 S-Line stove
With its black steel front and curved white design, this stove will enhance every interior, from the most classic to the most contemporary.
Qlima Lindara 77 S-Line airtight stove
Compliant with thermal regulations, this airtight stove draws the air used to burn the wood pellets from outside the home via a sealed duct. It naturally finds its place in a new BBC-standard house, as it meets the building's airtightness requirements and reduces energy consumption.
100 % natural wood pellets
Wood pellets promote the energy recovery of forestry by-products from the wood industry, such as sawdust, bark and other wood chips. All this clean waste is collected and dried in the factory, then compressed at high pressure. The production of 220 kg of pellets, from 500 kg of bark, generates 1000 kW, equivalent to 100 l of fuel oil*.
Wood pellet heating offers many advantages:
- Exceptional thermal efficiency from 90,4 to over 95 %.
- Electronic control of the stove: temperature and operating periods can be programmed.
- Combustion that produces a minimum of ash, soot or smoke.
- Easy and clean handling of Qlima pellet bags.
* Indicative calorific values.
Design, performance, flawless comfort... are the key words of the new Ronda 110 S-Line and Ronda 88 S-Line Qlima wood pellet stoves. In addition to simple operation, these stoves use wood pellets, an economical and eco-friendly fuel. They guarantee very high efficiency at a lower cost than traditional fuels. Being ducted, the Ronda 110 S-Line model heats the room where it is installed and sends warm air to other rooms of the house. With high efficiency, the Ronda 110 S-Line and Ronda 88 S-Line Qlima wood pellet stoves have an essential asset: effective programming that optimizes their operation and reduces fuel consumption. The appliances automatically adjust their power according to the requested temperature, and can be programmed to start or stop at the desired times (7-day programming system), for perfectly controlled fuel consumption. They draw their energy on their own, down to the last pellet, to deliver the desired power at the best efficiency, which avoids overheating and waste.
For greater fuel savings, the Ronda 110 S-Line and Ronda 88 S-Line Qlima wood pellet stoves are equipped with a ?Save mode? that automatically stops the appliances as soon as the room temperature exceeds the programmed temperature by 2° C, and restarts them when it is 2° C below it. Behind their contemporary design and large glass window, which lets you fully enjoy the beautiful flames, the Ronda 110 S-Line and Ronda 88 S-Line Qlima wood pellet stoves offer extended autonomy.
BBC standards and RT 2012 require the installation of a so-called ?airtight? stove. This is the case of the Qlima Lindara 77 S-Line, which draws the air needed for combustion from outside the room (outdoors or in a crawl space, for example), rather than the air of the room. The stove's airtightness offers several advantages: no risk of pollutant or smoke emissions in the room (since the air intake is outside) and improved efficiency by limiting heat loss. CSTB-certified, the Qlima Lindara 77 S-Line airtight stove can be safely installed with a roof outlet (zones 1 and 2) or with a horizontal balanced flue (zone 3). Installation in zone 3 makes it possible to place the stove in different locations while preserving the airtightness of the house. This type of installation is more economical as it requires fewer flue accessories and less time, which reduces labor costs.
With a hermetic combustion chamber operating in a closed circuit, the Qlima Lindara 77 S-Line airtight stove preserves indoor air quality (there is no cold air intake or energy loss, and no smoke released into the room). Highly efficient, the Qlima stove consumes less fuel while providing optimal thermal comfort. Drawing air from outside significantly increases its efficiency, at 95 % on average, for an autonomy of up to 28 hours. For greater fuel savings, the ?Save mode? fitted on this new Qlima model provides comfortable and economical temperature regulation: the combustion rate decreases as soon as the programmed temperature is reached, or if it is too high, the appliance switches off automatically. When the room temperature drops, the stove restarts to reach the desired temperature.
The programming of the Qlima Lindara 77 S-Line airtight stove (7-day system) also contributes to better control of energy consumption.
