A mix of durable materials. A resistant, high-quality fence
Fully customisable and modular, Fiberdeck's Boston is a fencing concept that harmoniously combines composite wood with anodised aluminium. With a high-quality finish and Qualicoat certification, the profiles, posts, boards and epoxy powder-coated aluminium decorative panels (RAL7016) offer excellent durability over time and good resistance to bad weather.

With a section of 75 x 75 mm, the posts are reinforced to ensure a solid structure that withstands winds of 120 km/h when sealed in the ground to a depth of 50 cm. Fitted with a removable finishing profile, they allow H-type or L-type installation. An additional finishing profile is available to create an end or start post for the fence. The co-extruded composite wood boards are made from 60 % wood fibres, sawdust from secondary processing companies such as furniture manufacturers, and 40 % recycled polyethylene.

Thanks to the co-extrusion process, they come with a 20-year warranty against fading and stains, providing a lastingly attractive structure that is easy to maintain. These composite wood boards are also naturally resistant, without any treatment, to insect and termite attacks and to weather conditions (temperature variations, UV rays, etc.). Finally, to give the fence extra strength, one board in 1 out of 4 has a galvanised steel metal reinforcement.

A leader in co-extruded composite wood technology
To solve the recurring problems of stains and fading in first-generation mono-extruded composite wood boards, Fiberdeck presented the first co-extruded product at the Batimat trade show in 2009. It was a true revolution that shook up the composite wood world. The co-extrusion process consists of applying a very thin film of molten high-density polyethylene (HDPE) directly onto the composite wood. This waterproof film protects the wood from any moisture uptake and stabilises the material.

A multitude of combinations for a modern and unique fence
Fiberdeck's Boston fencing concept offers many assembly combinations between aluminium boards, composite wood boards and the magnificent contemporary HERA and PAXOS decorative panels. Indeed, it is possible to adjust the height of the fence from 90 cm to 1,80 m, the number of aluminium or composite wood boards, or the position of the HERA and PAXOS decorative panels, horizontally and/or vertically.

In addition, the Boston concept offers a choice of an anthracite grey aluminium board (RAL 7016) and composite wood boards in 3 colours: Slate Grey, Silver Grey and Brown. The multichromatic board colour, with random pigmentation, enhances the look, warmth and elegance of the wood grain.

Easy installation
The Boston concept includes 15 elements to build your fence. Easy to install, the posts are fixed either in the ground, or onto a concrete slab, a terrace or a low wall using base plates.

To simplify the offer, all decorative panels are delivered ready to use with all the connecting parts on the fence. No screws or nails. The fence assembles very easily by interlocking and connectors with a simple Allen key. Once the 1er post is sealed, insert the boards (aluminium or composite wood) into the post groove, slide them down to the ground, then position and adjust the 2ème post. Then simply continue interlocking the boards/posts/decorative panels over the desired length.
