New BLUENÉA universal interlocking aluminium cladding board from BLUETEK

BLUETEK, the French leader in natural smoke extraction and zenithal lighting, is launching BLUENÉA, a universal interlocking aluminium cladding board that can be fixed onto a framework or directly onto vertical walls, both indoors and outdoors. The BLUENÉA facing board offers two types of joints and comes in several aspects (smooth, textured, etc.) with a choice of thermo-lacquered, anodised or wood-effect finishes. To meet the expectations of professionals, BLUENÉA is designed for a wide range of buildings, whether industrial, commercial, or collective and individual residential.
The BLUENÉA board is installed very simply, without splice plates, by interlocking at the bottom and mechanical fixing at the top. No specific screws are needed to fix BLUENÉA: simply choose them according to the substrate (wood, metal, masonry, etc.), making sure to use flat-head models so as not to hinder the interlocking of the upper board, which covers the fixing points by capping.
Designed to simplify installation, the BLUENÉA cladding board is easily fixed whatever the type of substrate: metal framework, timber framework or directly onto vertical walls. Thanks to its oblong fixing holes and their positioning, spaced 300 mm apart, the expansion of the board is not restricted. This free expansion has been designed to ensure increased durability of the cladding by avoiding any risk of deformation of the BLUENÉA board over time.
Dimensions: a 2 offer in 1
Made of aluminium (thickness 11 mm) and offered with a single total height of 200 mm (visible height of 170 mm once the boards are interlocked), BLUENÉA is available in three standard lengths (3, 4 and 6 metres), but is also available made to measure for lengths between 6 and 8 linear metres maximum.
BLUENÉA is designed with two board profiles to offer two types of joints: BLUENÉA 200 J0 for a recessed joint of 0 mm or BLUENÉA 200 J10 for a recessed joint of 10 mm. It is thus possible to have cladding with 0 mm joints between each board or cladding with open joints of 10 mm between the boards.
Designed for many fields of application, BLUENÉA is aimed at professionals working on industrial, commercial and collective residential buildings, as well as at individuals for their own homes. Depending on the context, BLUENÉA can be installed as cladding with or without ETICS (external thermal insulation), as wall sheathing, as interior facing, as lining under rafters in converted attics, or as fencing to create a screen or a palisade (after first building a framework to which the boards are fixed).
BLUENÉA offers a wide range of colours, aspects and finishes to blend in as well as possible with all exterior and interior design projects. The BLUENÉA universal interlocking aluminium board is available in a raw finish, in 10 standard colours, in 6 anodised shades and in 4 finishes in various wood tones (see the finish tables below). BLUENÉA also comes in different aspects (smooth, metallic, sand-textured, structured). Finally, note that the finishes can be applied to one or both sides of the BLUENÉA board, as can the profiles used to treat internal and external corners.
The BLUENÉA range is completed by accessories such as internal and external corner profiles, a starter profile specific to the vertical installation of BLUENÉA boards and a starter profile specially designed for the horizontal installation of boards. The slimness of the profiles and BLUENÉA boards gives a perfectly flat appearance to the whole, whether the boards are laid horizontally, vertically or even diagonally.
