This process combines the performance of a rigid insulation with a cement plate into a complete system to be used in the DRC and R + 1 for individual, collective or tertiary buildings, whether new or To be renovated, to ensure optimum durability in heavily stressed areas.
Knauf Façade Clotting: the performance of Knauf solutions in an all-in-one system
Unique method, validated by a New Technical Survey (ETN), the Knauf Facade Cladding system combines high performance insulation, shock protection and wide choice of finishes for the lower floors of all buildings exposed to the risks of degradation.
Knauf Facade Cladding is composed of rigid insulation panels in white or gray PSE (choice of Knauf Therm ITEx Th 38 SE or Knauf XTherm ITEx +), supplied thermoplastic dowels, mounting plates and plate Aquapanel ® Outdoor.
The installation is simple: the insulation is fixed to the wall using plates and thermoplastic fixing anchors that allow the Aquapanel® Outdoor plate to be screwed directly onto the insulation.
Knauf Façade Cladding ensures insulation up to R = 6.45 (for the Knauf XTherm ITEx + in 200 mm), respects fire performance class B-S1, d0 and impact resistance Q4: a champion system all categories!
Specially developed for installation in the RDC and R + 1 (up to 6 meters), it offers a perfect resistance to punching, shocks, vandalism, possible deterioration, for an aesthetically durable building and perennial performance.
An independent system, adaptable to all buildings
The Knauf façade cladding protects the individual houses, collective buildings, ERP, commercial and industrial premises in a new way, on a concrete or masonry base as well as on a façade coated or covered with glued tiles.
Integrated into the overall facade system, the Knauf Façade Cladding allows a wide range of finishes: a data guaranteeing a beautiful visual homogeneity to the facade equipped.
Thanks to the Aquapanel® Outdoor support, the Knauf Façade Vêtage process benefits from the wide range of finishes validated by the Technical Advice of this flagship product, namely:
• finishing coated with the solutions of the main brands of mortars, paints and plasters for the facade;
• tiled finish (up to 20 kg / m2), with ceramic tiles, glass and enamel products, terracotta tiles, natural stones, etc. The gluing of this siding will be carried out from A selection of mortars and adhesives admitted to the main actors of the sector and will be implemented on the Aquapanel® Outdoor plate previously coated and joined with the reinforced plaster Aquapanel® Coating base white facade.

This new system Knauf Façade Vêtage joins the Knauf family of products for façades, painters and shoemakers.
