Kinedo's Duo, a 2 in 1 concept combining shower and bathtub

Kinedo's Duo, a genuine shower
Kinedo has paid particular attention to the shower area of the Duo concept, its dimensions, access and equipment. Spacious, the Duo shower features a clear glass bath screen with an anti-limescale treatment, mounted on a chrome-plated aluminium profile and fitted with a pivoting panel at 180 °. The handheld shower can be paired with a rain-effect overhead shower. And for a safe shower, with no effort or risk, the entry threshold is only 5 cm high and Duo can also accommodate equipment such as grab bars and a folding seat.

Kinedo's Duo, a bathtub for children and adults alike
Kinedo's Duo offers a comfortable bathing space for moments of relaxation. Note that the access door to Duo, once closed, allows you to bathe in complete peace thanks to the continuous seal ensuring a perfect watertight fit.

This door stands out from other offerings on the market thanks to its central position. This clever design makes it possible to place Duo against a storage unit or the vanity unit, without wasting space in the bathroom. In the same spirit, Kinedo has also designed the door to open inwards, which avoids the need for clearance space.

With a range offering numerous features (ergonomic cushion, massage system, mechanical or thermostatic mixer, filling waterfall, choice of finishes, etc.), the Duo bath combines elegance and serenity. As for installation, there are no more dimensional constraints in length or width: adjustment is made to the millimetre for bathtubs from 158 to 192 cm in length, with every possible configuration (recess, corner, head on the right or head on the left).

New for 2018: 3 finishes to dress Duo Pack Design
Duo Pack Design consists of a bathtub with fixed dimensions (75 cm x 160, 75 cm x 170 or 80 cm x 180) incorporating an inward-opening 8 mm glass access door, a drain system and a mechanical mixer with diverter on a removable plate for easier maintenance. Also standard, Duo Pack Design comes with a filling waterfall, complemented by a brass handheld shower with anti-twist hose and a rain-effect shower bar. Practical, the 6 mm glass bath screen, with an anti-limescale treatment and a pivoting panel at 180 ° (with stops every 45 °), limits the risk of splashing. To suit every style, the Design pack comes in three cladding finishes.

• The Pack Design 1 includes wall panels and cut-to-size aprons in anthracite grey Kinewall Design, which clad the walls of the Duo area as well as the bathtub fronts, for an undeniably contemporary touch.

• The Pack Design 2 offers only bathtub cladding, with aprons in anthracite grey Kinewall Design panels, for projects whose walls are already covered with ceramic tiles, for example.

• The Pack Design 3 includes bathtub aprons in full white glass for an elegant finish.

The all-inclusive family shower/bath combination Duo Pack Sérénité+
The equipment in this senior-oriented pack stands out for its magnetic handheld shower and the T-shaped shower bar, which doubles as a grab bar. The Sérénité+ Pack, ideal for replacing an old bathtub, also offers a white folding seat with a wide base and fall brake, which unclips easily for cleaning, as well as a white ergonomic headrest cushion on the bath side. The finish of this pack does not forget current decor trends: the aprons, in white or black glass, with cut-to-size side trims, blend perfectly with white splashbacks with a chrome-plated aluminium edge. Finally, to complete the Sérénité+ equipment, Kinedo offers various grab bars as options, as well as a non-slip coating to apply.

A Kinedo Duo for everyone, with an offer to build according to your needs
Finally, to give free rein to creativity and allow everyone to build their own space (recess, corner or wall), the Kinedo Duo concept can be configured at will. Bathtubs with adjustable dimensions or not, mechanical or thermostatic taps, rain shower, air-water massage system, safety equipment, wall finishes and various aprons: Duo lets everyone choose the options best suited to their project and combine the functions of a shower and a bathtub in a single space.
