With its GVRi integrated roller shutter, Franciaflex offers a 'universal' answer for the interior-box window unit market. To design its product, the manufacturer took into account all the sensitive points of manufacturing and installation.

The Franciaflex GVRi box is delivered ready to fit on the joinery according to the specifications defined by the manufacturer, enabling them to be as productive as possible when assembling the window unit. Its design gives it total adaptability to all ranges and all types of joinery frames, whether in PVC, aluminium or wood. Available in two suitable versions, one for new construction, the other for renovation on existing frames, it covers a wide range of dimensions in all types of manual or electric operation.

Installation made as simple as possible for joinery professionals and manufacturers
The step of positioning the guide rails on the frame is made easier by the indexing spoiler they are fitted with, which ensures perfect alignment with the end plates and therefore proper operation of the shutter.

The next step, positioning the box on the upper crosspiece, is also child's play thanks to the end plate tabs that slide easily into the guide rails, allowing it to be fitted by a single operator.

The box is then secured to the frame by screwing the interface profile, pre-positioned on the box and accessible without removing the underside panel. No intermediate adaptation profile is required.

Finally, thanks to the end caps fitted with polyurethane seals and the box profiles with watertight clip-on fastening, the application of silicone seals is reduced while ensuring airtightness.

In the end, the GVRi is quick and reliable to install and can be fitted by a single operator, whatever the size of the shutter.
