Butech makes the joint wall covering easier
Thursday, April 23, 2015Description :

The firm specialised in building systems by PORCELANOSA Group keeps on innovating every year in order to provide architecture professionals with solutions aimed at achieving aesthetic long-lasting finishes in projects of any kind.

Therefore, Butech has extended its decorative profiles range with a new solution developed to cover the edges by means of pilaster strip wall covering, thus avoiding any kind of damage or filtration in the wall coverings.

The new Pro-part P profile by Butech has been designed to cover the inner angle of the L’Antic Colonial ceramic and natural stone-tiled corners, in other words, a magnificent decorative profile which complements the tiled material perfectly.

Unlike other kinds of decorative profiles, Pro-corner P by Butech is cross-shaped, so it is placed in the corner before the wall covering installation, thus removing the superficial relieved area which is present in the metal profiles that are laid on the covering afterwards.

It is this way that the joint is right-angle shaped resulting in keeping itself covered by the metal surface of the profile and furthermore, this surface allows a more uniform arrangement of the expansion joints. In order to adapt to any kind of wall tiles, this profile is available in two sizes: 12mm when ceramic tiles and 15 mm when thickened or stoned.

Made of anodized aluminium, this material presents a high durability and is rust-proof, hence, it can be placed outdoors and it remains unaffected. Furthermore, and because of its finish, it always keeps its natural appearance and creates a dirt-repellent surface. Therefore, these new metal decorative profiles by Butech are ideal for achieving highly symmetrical uniform finishes on the façade covering.

All of that while acknowledging the aesthetic component, since the new Pro-corner P decorative profiles by Butech are available in two chromed finishes: Silver Aluminium Pro-corner P, with a very mild matte finish, and Shining Silver Aluminium Pro-corner P, a finish aimed at achieving a more striking effect so that the joints of the materials are noticeable.
