AMCC unveils its Prestige collection, enriched with new monobloc aluminium entrance doors

More than half of the front doors installed on houses in 2018 have a contemporary style. Showcased 1ère at EquipBaie 2018, AMCC's Prestige collection of monobloc aluminium doors and its 7 lines of uniquely styled doors are part of this trend. In 2019, AMCC continues to surprise and unveils new models with an exclusive design and enhanced security.
To meet the need for light and brightness in homes, AMCC is today expanding its Prestige range of monobloc aluminium doors with new glazed models with a contemporary look, including:
- the Jeunes Créateurs line 2020, whose 6 panel designs were created by students and former students of the HEAR (Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhin) for Verrissima. Thanks to the creativity of Teddy Moissant, Thibault Arnoul, Simon Morda-Cotel and the collective 2920G made up of Brice Ammar-Khodja and Morgane Liébard, AMCC offers modern doors whose graphics allow everyone to express their personality from the very entrance,
- the Collection 2020 line and its 6 models, whose aesthetics reflect current trends to enhance the door.
Sturdy and benefiting from the exceptional thermal performance of the Prestige Collection, these new models are fitted with a central quadruple glazing unit which, to offer genuine aesthetic alternatives, is available in a sandblasted frosted finish with a transparent pattern or in an acid-etched frosted finish with a pattern printed in a color of your choice.
Another exclusive feature to stand out: the option of adding four new decors to the glazing. Pop, Jazz, Rock or Pop/Rock, AMCC invites everyone to let the music lover within come out. Available as an option, these decors combine the advantages of anodized aluminium with the properties of brushed stainless steel. Their surface is durable and stays perfectly clean, guaranteed fingerprint-free.
With the new Collection 2020 and Jeunes Créateurs 2020 models, AMCC shows that it is possible to go beyond the primary functions of a door and make it a key element of the home that reflects the personality of its occupant.
Whatever the model, all the doors in AMCC's Prestige collection consist of a monobloc leaf with an insulating panel 85 mm thick and a thermally broken frame 70 mm wide. Fitted with perimeter seals, they have brush seals for optimal weather-tightness and a thermally broken aluminium threshold of 19 mm compliant with the accessibility (PMR) standard. Together, they deliver high thermal performance (thermal insulation coefficient of 0,95 to 1,3 W/m2.K).
More resistant to impacts and break-in attempts by design, the aluminium doors come with the following as standard:
- a security cylinder, supplied with 6 patented, non-copyable keys delivered with a proof-of-ownership card,
- a lock with 6 locking points featuring a continuous strike plate, two self-engaging latches, two hooks, 1 deadbolt and 1 latch bolt.
Three three-way adjustable hinges spread over the full height ensure outstanding robustness.
To combine design, brightness and optimal protection against break-in attempts, AMCC is strengthening the security of its Prestige collection and now offers the option of fitting the doors with a lock with 8 locking points. With two hooks and two self-engaging deadbolts and its two additional locking points on the hinge side, which prevent the door from being lifted off its hinges, it also features a security cylinder certified A2P by the CNPP (Centre National de Prévention et de Protection), a body recognized by insurance companies. As home automation and access control remain a strong trend in the entrance door market, AMCC's monobloc aluminium doors are available in a connected version (with or without home automation boxes and smartphone apps) to intelligently and simply lock and unlock them remotely.
Comprehensive, AMCC's Prestige collection is now available in 9 door lines, 2 of which are new, to be chosen according to the decorative and architectural style of the home. It includes nearly 60 panel models available in all RAL colors, in a single color or two-tone. For each door, depending on the model, it is possible to customize the decor (Alunox, Wood or Carbon look), the insert (Zagreb or Canberra natural stone, Wood or Carbon look), the glazing and even the operation, thanks to a wide choice of stainless steel handles and push-buttons in a polished or brushed finish depending on the model.
