Stana and Stana Néo, new baseboard convectors from Zehnder

Zehnder is today expanding its range with two new models of baseboard convectors with heat exchanger: Stana, with natural convection, and Stana Néo, with forced convection. Particularly well suited to this market, in both new-build and renovation projects, these innovative solutions combine energy performance, design and comfort.

Two high-performance, economical models to meet every need

The Zehnder Stana and Zehnder Stana Néo baseboard convectors meet the optimum performance requirements of different building sites, in both new-build and renovation projects. These two new convector models are compatible with low-temperature installations. Fully suited for use in front of glazed bays, Stana and Stana Néo create a particularly insulating thermal screen along the walls. Their low water content ensures very fast heating response.

Stana for new-build: to equip buildings with optimised performance
The good insulation of recent buildings does not call for high heating requirements. The Stana baseboard is therefore particularly suitable for new constructions. With this convector operating on the principle of natural convection, the interaction between descending cold air and ascending warm air creates a thermal screen while also fighting unpleasant drafts, particularly along glazed bays. The room then keeps a gentle, natural warmth.

Stana Néo for renovation: for high heat output requirements
The Stana Néo model, for its part, is ideal for renovation. Its forced convection by a tangential fan with 3 speeds, whose output can be adjusted manually or automatically according to needs, gives it a high heat output suited to heating large, less well-insulated volumes. At equal output, it is half the size of a traditional radiator.

Practical, this system prevents condensation from forming on windows and allows much more flexible use of the heating. Thanks to its rapid temperature rise, it is possible to program short heating phases. This comfort is all the more appreciable as the Stana Néo baseboard convector operates very quietly. Benefiting from New Energy Optimiser technology, it also limits the electricity consumption of the installation.

A clean, highly customisable look
Thanks to their smooth steel front, the Zehnder Stana and Stana Néo baseboard convectors fit perfectly with current design trends: a contemporary look that can be customised as desired. Outer casing, grille or feet: every component of the baseboard can be customised. This meets all expectations in terms of style and delivers equipment that reflects your taste.
It is indeed possible to build the baseboard by choosing and combining the colours of each element from the 50 shades offered in the Zehnder colour chart.

Several grille shapes are also available:
• steel grille with round perforations (Ø 5,5 mm)
• steel grille with rectangular perforations (29,5 x 4,5 mm)
• linear aluminium grille

As for the convector's mounting feet, here too the choice is wide: standard integrated feet, narrow feet, or feet adjustable in height by ± 20%.

A wide choice of sizes and outputs
Available in many sizes (3 heights, 17 widths and 9 depths for the Stana / 1 height, 10 lengths and 2 depths for the Stana Néo), the Stana and Stana Néo baseboard convectors also adapt to all types of architecture.

To perfect the look, a cover casing without side openings is available as an option. The valves, integrated into the feet and the baseboard casing, become invisible, providing a designer connection.

Easy installation
Connecting the Stana and Stana Néo baseboard convectors to low-temperature installations such as condensing boilers or heat pumps is very easy thanks to the standard-size centre distance (50 mm) located on the right of the baseboard. The new convectors therefore require no modification of the pipework.
