SANIFOS®, SFA's high-performance and reliable wastewater lifting solution

The SANIFOS® range is thus dedicated to underground wastewater lifting solutions.
SFA's SANIFOS® lifting pumps guarantee reliable operation, with high-density rotomoulded polyethylene tanks, motor thermal protection, and installation flexibility for every need, with several inlets of different diameters and two vent openings.
Offering 3 tank sizes, single-phase and three-phase variants, as well as Grinder and Vortex versions, the SANIFOS® range stands out as the benchmark for lifting solutions adaptable to a very wide range of configurations, in single-family homes as well as in small multi-unit residential buildings and commercial buildings.
SANIPUMP®, the active heart of SFA's SANIFOS® lifting stations
With its base feet and made autonomous by its on/off float switch, the SANIPUMP® is a submersible pump that can be installed in a sump or an existing tank in order to treat the wastewater of a home (WC, sink, bath, etc.).
With a large handle that makes it easy to carry, SANIPUMP® is designed to be easily handled (13 kg). SFA has also designed its dimensions to save space, making installation even easier (265 x 382 mm for its Grinder version and 281 x 424 mm for its Vortex version).
The major novelty of the year 2018, the SANIPUMP® Vortex version further extends the range of uses of the solutions offered by SFA. Indeed, the use of a Vortex impeller allows a higher wastewater flow rate.
Thus the SANIPUMP® Vortex, with its free passage of 50 mm, allows a flow rate of 27 m3/h with a discharge head of 13 metres, on a three-phase connection.
It benefits from the same design strengths that make the SANIPUMP® Grinder reliable: motor installed in a double chamber to ensure mechanical resistance, thermal protection, and an oil-bath lubrication and cooling system.
The SANIPUMP® Grinder is suited to flow rates of 11 m3/h for a discharge head of 14 metres. With these two offers, Vortex and Grinder, SFA perfectly covers the different configurations for replacing a faulty pump.
But SFA goes further and also rolls out, with its SANIFOS® range, a comprehensive offer of underground lifting stations. It is worth noting that the entire range holds the Origine France Garantie label and is designed, manufactured and tested at the SFA plant in Brégy (60).
For every configuration, its SANIFOS® underground lifting station
SANIFOS® 110 - Particularly suited to single-family homes and commercial spaces with only moderate use of their sanitary facilities (WC, bathroom, kitchen, laundry room), the SANIFOS® 110 lifting pump offers a 110 l tank with 4 inlets and compact dimensions (700 x 515 mm) for a weight of 23 kg. Fitted with SFA's renowned grinding system, it delivers a discharge head of 14 metres for a flow rate of 11 m3/heure.
Like the entire SANIFOS® range, its hydraulics are pre-assembled and the sealing gasket is supplied, together with the essential cable gland for the electrical supply of the SANIPUMP®.
SANIFOS® 250 - With its 250 l tank and its SANIPUMP® Grinder or SANIPUMP® Vortex variants, the SANIFOS® 250 targets the core of the wastewater lifting market: single-family homes and commercial uses requiring flow rates ranging from 11 m3/h (Grinder version) to 27 m3/h (Vortex).
It also benefits from a wireless remote alarm unit, operating by radio wave with the float and a transmitter unit. Note that the tank offers 6 inlet points, one outlet and 2 vent outlets, with dimensions of 982 x 924 mm for a weight of 38 kg.
SANIFOS® 500 - This model is particularly intended for small multi-unit buildings, intensive commercial uses and very large single-family homes. Its 500 l tank is equipped with two motors to guarantee intensive use. SANIFOS® 500 is offered in a single-phase Grinder version and two Vortex models (single-phase and three-phase).
While the Grinder version delivers a flow rate of 11 m3/h and 14 m of discharge head, the single-phase and three-phase Vortex versions deliver flow rates of 27 and 36 m3/h respectively, for 13 and 16 m of discharge head. Enough to perfectly meet the needs of a building of 2 floors!
Note that SANIFOS® 500 comes with a Smart control box allowing operation monitoring of two pumps, forced operation if necessary, and an emergency stop, all via a user-friendly graphical interface.
Finally, as SFA has thought of everything, the manufacturer completes its offer with 30 cm riser extensions for the SANIFOS® 250 and 500.
SANIFOS®, ?turnkey? lifting stations
With SFA, nothing is simpler than choosing, installing and maintaining a lifting station. Homeowners can access a complete presentation of the range on the SFA website to find the answer to their need.
In addition, they can count on an installation carried out to industry standards by an SFA partner installer. Professionals, for their part, can access a configurator with just a few questions. The IP68 waterproof terminal blocks make it possible to cut the power supply to the pumps without having to pull out the power cables, for ever greater ease of installation and maintenance.
SFA's SANIFOS® stations are delivered with chains to lift the pumps out during maintenance, and the tanks have a large opening (lid diameters of 550 mm and 823 mm for example for the SANIFOS® 250 and SANIFOS® 500 versions) for optimal access.
