Bosch unveils the first connected laser distance measurer with camera, the GLM 120 C Professional

Ideal for painters, plasterers, facade specialists, landscapers and architects who need fast, accurate measurements both indoors and outdoors, the GLM 120 C Professional is the first laser distance measurer to feature a built-in camera.
This new feature addresses a real challenge for these professionals, who sometimes struggle to pinpoint the laser dot of an outdoor measurement because of poor lighting (full sun, shade...) or over long distances.

Combined with the Measuring Master app, this connected laser distance measurer makes taking measurements, transferring and saving data even easier and faster for tradespeople. Accuracy over long distances thanks to a digital viewfinder with zoom function. Fast detection, remote control and simple archiving of results thanks to the Measuring Master app.

A built-in camera for better visibility
The Bosch GLM 120 C Professional features a camera and digital aiming optics with zoom function. Users can thus quickly and easily see where the target is and aim precisely at the measuring point, even in difficult lighting conditions, up to 120 m away.

The camera, with a resolution of 5 MP, saves up to 700 images and displays on the screen the last 50 images, the measured values and the date the pictures were taken.

Bluetooth interface for data processing
Thanks to the Bluetooth interface, the GLM 120 C Professional laser distance measurer syncs with the Measuring Master app, downloaded to your smartphone or tablet. Measured values can be transferred directly to the app and processed later.

Archiving results and information related to the job site is easier. Users can save, transfer or share the measured data with colleagues in order to calculate materials, create quotes, adjust plans...

The Measuring Master app can be used as a remote control for the GLM 120 C Professional. It allows users to trigger the device with the remote control function, to take accurate measurements without shaking and without help from colleagues. The Measuring Master app is available free of charge on the Apple Store and Google Play Store.

Intuitive use
The GLM 120 C Professional has an intuitive interface with a selection wheel that makes it easy to access functions. Equipped with a 360 ° inclination sensor, it can measure slopes and serve as a digital spirit level. For greater flexibility, a side measuring button lets you switch the distance measurer on or off and trigger measurements more easily, regardless of the user's position.

Handy, the new assistance function guides users through their first steps with the tool, offering clear animations of the different functions. Finally, to avoid incorrect measurements from a wall corner, the tool features automatic detection of the measuring pin.

Robust, easy-to-read color display
The 2,8'' high-contrast IPS color display ensures good readability of data from all viewing angles, even in bright light conditions. Rotating, it makes it easy to read the displayed values in any position. Extremely resistant, the display has a protective glass (IP rating 54).
