When it comes to levelling, professionals need measuring instruments that are both precise for efficient work and versatile enough to adapt to every application on a construction site. Bosch has therefore developed two new connected line lasers. With several features unique on the market, the GLL 3-80 C Professional (red beam) and the GLL 3-80 CG Professional (green beam) line lasers are more visible, connected, highly accurate, more flexible and more reliable. Equipped with an intuitive keypad, they make it easier to select modes and to activate the receiver cell mode.

3 multifunction line lasers
The GLL 3-80 C (red beam) and CG (green beam) Professional are self-levelling line lasers that guarantee very high accuracy of ± 0.2 mm/m. Versatile, they allow both levelling applications, thanks to the projection of 2 lines (vertical and horizontal), and squaring applications, thanks to the third perpendicular line. Highly efficient, they sweep the entire room and thus make alignment, levelling and squaring work easier, whether for fitting out, installing false ceilings, partitions, tiles or rails, for example.

Better visibility
The 3 lines at 360 ° of the GLL 3-80 C (red beam) and CG (green beam) Professional lasers are perfectly visible up to 30 m without a receiver. For work over long distances, up to 80 m in diameter, the professional can use the laser with an optional LR 6 receiver (for red beam lasers) or LR7 receiver (for red beam and green beam lasers). The GLL 3-80 C Professional line laser has 3 red 360 ° lines with powerful diodes, while the GLL 3-80 CG Professional has green line beams with powerful diodes to offer 4 times more visibility compared with red.

Bluetooth connectivity and features unique on the market
The new GLL 3-80 C (red beam) and CG (green beam) Professional line lasers are the only ones on the market that can be controlled remotely via a remote control or smartphone (which avoids the loss of accuracy caused by handling the laser manually). Thanks to Bluetooth connectivity and the new Bosch Levelling Remote app, the user can switch one or more of the 3 lines on or off to optimise battery life, adjust the intensity of the lines according to the brightness of the site to save battery, rotate the device from left to right at 3 speeds thanks to the RM 3 motorised mount (supplied separately), and be alerted to check the laser's calibration.

The CAL Guard feature is unique on the market. This function continuously monitors whether external factors may have affected the laser's calibration. For example, if it has been subjected to a shock, exposed to temperatures that are too high or too low, or not used for a long period... A light signal on the laser and in the Bosch Levelling Remote app alerts the user. The Bosch Levelling Remote app can be downloaded free of charge from Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and is available via the Bosch Toolbox app.

Dual Power: dual power supply for more flexibility
For more flexibility, the GLL 3-80 C (red beam) and CG (green beam) Professional feature a Dual Power supply. They are powered either by a 12 volt rechargeable lithium-ion battery from the professional range or by 4 non-rechargeable AA alkaline batteries with the AA1 Professional adapter. The rechargeable battery is compatible with all tools in Bosch's wide 12 V professional range. For use on all construction sites, the GLL 3-80 C and Page 3 of 4 GLL 3-80 CG Professional lasers have 54 IP protection and can be used with all types of tripods thanks to the dual 1/4" and 5/8" thread.
