Axa Real Estate appointed Tétris to carry out the rehabilitation of the 40,000 m2 of the Novus complex (Camino Fuente de la Mora). The first challenge was to reposition the asset strategically, moving from a 40,000 square meter mono-tenant to a 20,000 m2 mono-tenant and 20,000 m2 multi-tenant conditioning. This process has allowed the owner to increase the range of possibilities in terms of profitability and the speed to market of the asset.
The intervention in the building has been integral: including the fit out of all the plants and the regeneration of common areas like the reception, auditorium, dining room and later garden. The new design has allowed to enhance the lighting and the presence, creating contemporary and timeless spaces. In this new look & feel, the key element are the geometric shapes that bring warmth and elegance.
