HITECSA AIRE ACONDICIONADO S.L.U. was founded in 1982 in Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), where its headquarters, an assembly plant and a warehouse are currently located. In 2001, a change occurred in the company: 2 other companies joined the shareholding: 3i Group plc and Ahorro Corporación (AC). The old shareholders and the new management now hold the remaining shares.

Currently, 200 people work at HITECSA and its solid structure allows it to consolidate its position as leader in the highly competitive air conditioning sector, essential to face its growth plan in the years to come.

The product catalog includes more than 400 articles for the industrial and domestic markets, in particular single-piece air-to-air equipment, for which the company has a leading position in the domestic market.

Our company currently exports 15% of its production to EU countries such as France, Belgium, the United Kingdom and other countries in the world such as Tunisia, Morocco or Chile, among others.

HITECSA is making an investment to fund ongoing training to support and enhance the knowledge of all installers in the air conditioning industry: HITECSA SCHOOL.
