Description :

Morgan Advanced Materials has just announced the launch of a new neutralization, removal and destruction of explosive devices (NEDEX). Developed by the group's Defense Composites and Systems division, the Silverback 4020 Elite is extremely lightweight. Combining new technologies, state-of-the-art materials and first-class design, this outfit offers maximum protection and freedom of movement for NEDEX operations.

The Silverback 4020 Elite has many advantages, including a quick opening technology that allows the user to remove the suit in less than 20 seconds, as well as ergonomics with great freedom of movement. The user can thus easily crouch, crawl and climb, essential benefits for the collection of forensic evidence.

The helmet is available in two versions: with anti-scratch glass visor or with a polycarbonate visor. In conjunction with a balanced battery pack, the user benefits from superior vision, allowing him to better analyze the situation, even in harsh environments.
The outfit is also equipped with an innovative decoupling chestpiece, consisting of three elements to optimize its flexibility, an integrated rear protection against blunt trauma and a discreet aeration system at the rear. In short, Silverback 4020 Elite combines operational flexibility with unparalleled levels of safety.

Martyn Cook, Chief Development Officer for Morgan's Composites and Defense Systems business, commented on this novelty of the company's line of advanced protection systems. "The new Silverback 4020 Elite outfit offers great freedom of movement, a considerable advantage in the field, especially when the user has to collect forensic evidence. We have made every effort to provide this flexibility while maintaining the high levels of quality and protection that have made Morgan famous in this sector. We are very proud of that. "
